The milling cutter unit is used for high-precision cutting, channeling and shaping on wooden surfaces. With its powerful motor and vibration-free operation, it delivers maximum performance even in the most demanding production conditions.
Heat-treated steel cup blades, reinforced for precision cuts and challenging designs. Hard, durable and rust-resistant, they deliver long-lasting, efficient performance.
Developed with Schnitzer engineering, the top blade unit makes a difference in production with its robust body, quiet operation and long-lasting cutting tool life. Maximum chip removal capacity is 15 mm.
Schnitzer triangle knives deliver outstanding performance in detailed work, with enhanced sharpness for precise, fine cuts and a rust-resistant build.
The belt sander unit smooths the surfaces of wooden parts after turning or CNC machining. Its automatic structure sands at a constant speed with equal pressure, ensuring high surface quality.
The oscillating sander unit provides maximum smoothness and long-lasting sanding performance on wood. Thanks to its vertical oscillation, the belt makes equal contact at every point, improving surface quality and extending belt life.
